Do you own a business, or are you thinking of opening one?

If so, consider signing up for the Launcher program, a 12-week entrepreneurship course run by West End Neighborhood House that starts Sept. 3.

The program is open to people who either reside in or whose business is located in West Side Wilmington (west of 1-95), Dover, Claymont, Bellefonte or Edgemoor.

In Wilmington, the program is offered in either English or Spanish.

Through financial support from Barclays, the $2,500 tuition has been waived. So, participants pay only $100 for program materials.
