 and impact driven business growth program to Delaware. EnrichDelaware!
  is the Delaware Black Chamber of Commerce’s Minority Business Initiat
 ive\, powered by Interise's award-winning StreetWise 'MBA'™ curriculum
 . This hands-on program provides the knowledge and know-how business o
 wners need to create (and manage) a customized\, three-year strategic 
 growth plan.This seven-month program will begin in October 2021 and en
 d in March 2022\, and will take place every other week in a Covid-safe
  in-person location. This FREE program\, valued at $15\,000\, is being
  provided for you by the Delaware Black Chamber of Commerce\, so that

 sses who graduated from an Interise program experienced the following 
 business achievements:\n\n 	64% of alumni businesses increased or main
 tained their annual revenues\, with an average annual revenue growth o
 f 21%.\n 	80% of alumni businesses reported being profitable.\n\n\n\n\
 n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n 	$526 mill
 ion in government contracting secured by alumni businesses.\n 	67% of 
 alumni CEOs stay connected to fellow participants\, with 32% doing bus
 iness with each other.\n 	63% of alumni businesses added or retained j
 obs.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEligibility\nBusiness 
 owners are welcome to apply who\;\n\n 	Business is located in Delaware
  and has a Delaware State Business License.\n 	At least $125\,000 in a
 nnual revenues.\n 	One other employee besides the owner(s).\n 	Been in
  business for at least 3 years.\n 	Willingness and ability to attend a
  7-month course\, complete mandatory assignments\, and complete progra
 m surveys as requested.\n 	\n 	Space is limited to 20 business owners\
 , to ensure an intimate setting for participants to share details abou
 t their businesses and learn from one another. Participants quickly le
 arn that while markets and details differ from company to company\, sm
 all business owners often share a common set of challenges and opportu
