 te Black Excellence in Business in each of Delaware's three counties.\
 n\nEach event centers on a panel discussion of Black-owned businesses'
  resilience and fortitude and the resources available to support their
  success.\n\nRegistration for these free-of-charge events is open to t
 he public. Delaware small businesses\, community stakeholders\, and al
 l small business supporters are invited to join to hear from the panel
