  business plans\, HR\, insurance\, legal\, finance\, etc.\nParticipant
 s do not need to become members of the Delaware Small Business Chamber
  to participate in this program\, however\, membership will bring them
  many other benefits too.\n\nSome of our business partners will includ
 e SBA\, Score\, SBDC\, local banks and credit unions\, incorporators\,
