Delaware restaurants have a new way of attracting dog owners as customers, thanks to legislation signed into law this week by Governor John Carney.
House Bill 275 allows owners of food establishments and beer gardens to allow leashed dogs on licensed outdoor patios.
Gov. Carney signed the bill Tuesday at Woody’s in Dewey Beach.
