Commerical and Institutional Building Construction Firm. GGA Construction provides full Construction Management Consulting and Pre-Construction services which includes: estimating, value management, scheduling, bidding and supervision of all construction activities. We develop a complete project management plan that responds to the unique requirements of each project. Services include defining responsibilities, expectations, and accountability. Offer economizing on systems, processes, and materials. As General Contractor, GGA provides daily oversight on projects and holds relationships with many trades in and out-of-state. Project management team supervises and is involved in the daily activity with the following trades: carpentry, framing, drywall, engineering, flooring, foundation and structural, masonry, roofing, site preparation and steel framing. Work closely with Architects, Engineers and Owners. Owner is an Engineer. Use of modern materials and technology to deliver increasingly complex projects, cost-effectively and more efficiently than traditional approaches. Tools like Virtual Building and Integrated Project delivery have proven to reduce waste and optimize efficiency on our building projects.
