The Delaware Rural Irrigation Program (DRIP) is a revolving loan fund administered jointly through the Department of Agriculture and the Division of Small Business. The program provides no-interest loans to allow farmers to irrigate more cropland. The public-private investments help these farmers survive droughts.
Farmers interested in participating in the DRIP program can contact the Division of Small Business by phone at 302-739-4271 or by email at business@delaware.gov.
