OmniPotential is working to correct the environmental impact of the combustion of fossil fuels through facilitation of EV adoption with convenient curbside EV charging for everyone regardless of how people park their car at night or what Zip code they live live in.

Nicholas Kupstas, Director of Business Partnerships at Evolve
Evolve is a service provider specifically designed to take care of all Electric and Autonomous Vehicles. Services include but aren’t limited to collision, service and maintenance work, repairing batteries, installing charging stations, and converting gas-powered vehicles to electric vehicles.

11:00 a.m. Solution to Staffing Shortage by the Wilmington Alliance Second Chance Employment Collaborative 
Hear first-hand how The Second Chance Employment Collaborative’s mission of connecting justice-involved Delawareans with careers in high-growth sectors is impacting lives and can help solve the immediate, and future, staffing shortages companies are facing. The initiative is a collaboration between Wilmington Alliance, Delaware Volunteer Legal Services, Wilmington HOPE Commission, Delaware Center for Justice and Project New Start.
