Join the Delaware Association for Nonprofit Advancement on “Good to Great: How to Achieve Board Excellence.”

This signature DANA training highlights best practices and key aspects of board governance universal to all nonprofits.

Topics will include:

  • The role of a fiduciary
  • Six areas of board responsibility and best practices
  • Setting a vision and planning
  • Oversight and accountability
  • Roles and responsibilities of board members and CEOs
  • Performance and evaluation
  • Questions to prompt innovative thinking at board meetings

Participants will learn standards for excellence and contemporary leadership. Executive directors, chairmen, chairwomen and board members are encouraged to register.

Admission: $50 for DANA members, $100 for non-members
