The Empowerment Fund:

100% focused on supporting business led by People of Color in the City of Wilmington.

• Grant up to 20% of total project cost for loan requests from businesses led by People of Color
• Grants will not exceed $20,000
• Business must be located in the City of Wilmington

Most business purposes are eligible
