Small business owners already know Delaware is a great place to live.

A new survey from Gallup Inc. shows that lots of other people agree.

A new Gallup National Health and Well-Being Index ranks Delaware #8 in the U.S.

It was the only state in the Mid-Atlantic region to place in the top 10.

Gallup surveyed almost 116,000 adults in all 50 states and asked them how their state stacks up on five measures of well-being: career, social, financial, community and physical.

Delaware ranked #2 for social (“having supportive relationships and love in your life”) and #4 for financial (“managing your economic life to reduce stress and increase security”).
