Re-Certification
The Office of Supplier Diversity certifies businesses for a three year period. A renewal reminder is emailed to the business approximately 60 days prior to the expiration date. It is the responsibility of the affected business to apply for recertification prior to the expiration date. Download the Re-certification application.
