SIUD is a for-profit venture being supported by the Delaware Strategic Fund, offering entrepreneurs education, working space, and mentorship. Its goals are to attract high-quality startups to Delaware, and connect them with the resources needed for their businesses to grow. The Board of Directors of SIUD is comprised of faculty from the University of Delaware, entrepreneurs from the Archer Group and WellDoc, and the venture capital firm Fairbridge Venture Partners.
