DEMEP is a non-profit organization whose focus is in aiding Delaware's manufacturers with improving their global competitiveness. Drawing its resources from local and national universities, community colleges, research institutions, private consultants and a network of over 60 MEP centers nationwide, DEMEP can provide its clients access to the best resources in the industry. DEMEP experts work closely with businesses to assess opportunities, identify appropriate resources, and manage successful partnerships.

A program designed to help manufacturers decrease cost and inefficiencies related to energy use in production

Lean Manufacturing Program

Reducing operating costs, the lean manufacturing philosophy helps manufacturers with improvements such as quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction, all of which eliminate waste in work processes

Six Sigma Training

This workshop-styled program helps manufacturers analyze and improve production to eliminate errors, ultimately eliminating costly variations and preventing future errors

Supply Chain Optimization

This program focuses on helping manufacturers reduce costs, improve work quality, and shorten lead times by improving supply chain activities

Top Line Growth or Business Growth

This program provides participants with trainings and tools to help manufactures engage in market expansion and growth
