NGCDC is a non-profit organization stemming from Shiloh Baptist Church, Delaware's oldest Black Baptist church. Their mission is to provide access to financial education and support services for low-to-moderate income individuals and small businesses. Since its founding in 2000, the organization has offered a variety of programs, focusing on increasing the financial well-being of Delaware through training in asset development, financial management, and employment.
