A New Beginning Counseling is a Mental health Services Center established in the middle of the pandemic in 2020 by Owner/ Founder Kathryn Alabi. A New Beginning was established when the number of individuals who struggled with Depression, Anxiety began to rise, resulting in death by suicide, increased rates, and divorces in the community, especially the African American Community.
