Join Delaware State University in learning about Lean Business Modeling! Lean Business Modeling is a project-centered course where you will learn to identify and communicate key elements of a business model. Topics include: identifying customer segments, developing a value proposition and understanding an overview of channels of distribution, customer relationships, revenue streams and cost structure. You will then use these frameworks to help develop an overview of your business model!
