This class is a prerequisite for Internal Auditor Training
This class will provide the attendees with a detailed overview of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The ISO 9001 standard will be reviewed in depth, requirement by requirement so attendees fully understand what their organization must do to comply with ISO 9001. The class is workshop based, with hands on application learning so individuals can leave with a customized list of priorities. Whether they work at a company already ISO 9001 certified or their business is just getting started, this class will make them conversant in quality management systems and ISO 9001.
Emphasis will be placed on risk-based thinking, plan-do-check-act methodology, planning and other continuous improvement themes from ISO 9001. Documentation and procedure requirements will be discussed, as will timelines for registration.
Who should attend: Quality and Operations professionals and planned Internal Auditors should attend. Any supervisors and managers with little to no ISO 9001 knowledge should attend.
