s encounter some level of stress on a daily basis. However, excessive stress is extremely dangerous and can affect a person’s health, behavior and emotional stability. It can also affect one’s overall quality of life by reducing productivity, compromising relationships and contributing to premature aging. In this course, the participant will learn how to identify potential stressors, ways to relieve stress and the difference between good and bad stress. In addition to providing strategies, the presenter will model stress management practices with participants during workshop activities. This is an ideal training for high performance organizations and individuals.
