Downtown Revitalization Property Tax Reduction Program

A reduction of property taxes for commercial spaces which undergo exterior renovations to improve the appearance of the street facing part of the structure.

Impact Fee Waiver

A number of fee waivers for city water and sewer impact fees based on the number of employees hired by a business

Permit and Fee Reductions

A partial reimbursement of building permit, sewer service, water service, or other fees if at least 10% of a business's employees reside within the Harrington city limits

Waiver of Business License Fee

Qualified new businesses will receive a waiver of business license fees for the business's first three years
