Incubator for startup life science, biotech and advanced materials companies offering 100,000 square feet of world class lab space. The facility was created by the state of Delaware, DuPont, and the University of Delaware on the grounds of the Experimental Station north of downtown Wilmington.

A world-class, science and technology start-up incubator, accelerator, and research institute. It offers a extensive services to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses.

Virtual Incubator Program

The program bridges the gap between research and marketplace. Services include assistance with grants, mentoring and coaching, sourcing early stage funding and more.
