About this Organization

The NCCCC offers support and services to emerging businesses in New Castle County. They also offer health and insurance benefits to their members, as well as oversee a wide range of programs for businesses of all sizes. The Chamber is keen on promoting economic growth within the communities of New Castle County by allowing companies to grow their work force. Today, the Chamber is the largest non-profit business membership organization in Delaware, and has 1,200 active members.

Programs

Business Education Program

The Chamber offers a wide array of workshops that are designed to be interactive, hands-on learning experiences built around topics that are relevant to small businesses. Workshops include Finding Your Next Customer, Business Fundamentals, and Businesses Issues

CEO Think Tank

CEO Think Tank is a peer to peer program specifically designed for mid-size companies (more than 20 employees and revenues over $1 million) who are looking to grow to the next level

Emerging Enterprise Center Incubator Program

The center is designed to provide business support services to entrepreneurs and associated companies in New Castle County, DE. The incubator provides low rates on business spaces and resources intended to help new businesses succeed

Greater Newark Network

The Greater Newark Network is comprised of business owners, academics and community leaders who wish to see the Greater Newark Area be a leader in innovation and technology

Growth Wheel

The Growth Wheel is a tool for decision making for startup and growing companies to get focused, set agendas, make decisions, and take action. This hands-on workshop series is designed to help busy entrepreneurs at all stages of growth, and focus on customer relations, making operations profitable, and organization.

Non-Profit Forum

The Nonprofit Forum provides the opportunity for non-profit businesses to network and obtain valuable information to promote the mission of their organization. Topics discussed at the semi-annual event are relatable to both non-profit and for-profit businesses, and go in depth on topics like promoting the mission of the business, storytelling for better website traffic, and building a Board of Directors

Wilmington Business Leaders Network

The Wilmington Business Leaders Network allows the over 300 NCCCC members with operations in Wilmington to connect and discuss issues facing their businesses
