Delaware Department of State serves as Delaware’s Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Grantee for Foreign Trade Zone #99 within the State of Delaware.
Day to day Grantee Administration is handled through Division of Small Business. Together, we invite you to join us, along with a regional FTZ consulting firm to learn how we can work together to possibly defer, reduce and in some situations eliminate Tariffs/Duties that may be imposed on your business or your client’s business. Goods and materials that are imported into the US from foreign countries are often subject to tariffs/duties payable upon entrance into US Commerce.

Pre-Registration is REQUIRED.
Seating is limited to 50 attendees and we will be providing boxed lunches with bottled water. No alcoholic beverages are permitted. You may bring alternative food/drink options with you; however, the Park will require you to carry out your trash when you leave.
The event will be held in Cape Henlopen State Park at the large pavilion.
There IS a fee to enter the Park. However, there is NOT a fee to attend the educational session.
