The Office of Small Business Access (OSBA) empowers Delaware’s small business owners by serving as a single point contact for guidance navigating state government, resources, advocacy and linkage to help small businesses grow and succeed. We work to remove barriers, promote equitable opportunities, and create an ecosystem of support where innovation and economic vitality thrive.
OSBA has created nine listening sessions across the state for small business owners and stakeholders to share feedback regarding regulatory challenges, licensing and permitting, procurement, workforce development, access to resources, and government services. Information gathered will be used to identify statewide trends, support regulatory reform efforts, and inform future programs and policy recommendations.
