Small Business Development Center: Employee Retention Tax Credit webinar

Apply for the SBDC’s Tax Credit Support Program & Claim your Employee Retention Tax Credit.
If you are a small business with 10-50 employees, the Delaware SBDC has special resources to help you.

What is our program?

  1. Understand the benefits of the federal Employee Retention Tax Credit
  2. Explore federal program eligibility requirements
  3. Work with our tax specialist and save up to 80% of the cost to prepare your filing (limited to 25 selected businesses)
  4. 25 businesses will be awarded a customized tax credit filing service valued at up-to $9,000 each
  5. Compared to a contingent provider that may charge 10% or more of your total tax credit, our program offers support for tax credit preparation based on a subsidized, sliding scale fixed rate (capped at $1,800)

Any for profit employer with 10-50 employees that experienced significant reduction in gross receipts or full or partial suspension in operations with a more than nominal impact.

The ERTC program can mean a tax credit for your business of up to $5,000 per employee (year 2020) and up to $7,000 per employee (per quarter 2021).
