Programs

Cap on Permit Fees

Qualifying economic development projects are eligible for permit fees to be capped at a below standard rate

Discounted Utilities

The city offers 50% discounts on electricity for the first six months of a new small businesses establishment

Waiver of Impact Fees

Impact fees are waived if rehabilitation, restoration, renovation, or reconstruction of small business structures is determined to not demand significant increase in public services

Waiver of Town Taxes, Charges, and Fees

The town may waive any taxes, charges, or fees, incurred by redevelopment projects
