Partial Tax Abatement

A partial 10 year tax abatement for properties that undergo rehabilitation projects which increase the properties assessed value by less than 50%

Property Tax Abatement

A full 10 year tax abatement for properties that undergo rehabilitation projects which increase the property's assessed value by more than 50%
