KSI is a private, non-profit vocational rehabilitation organization which serves Kent and Sussex Counties. KSI assists people with disabilities with finding and maintaining employment. Services that KSI provides include transportation, vocational evaluation, work adjustment training, and facility based work services.

Programs

Community-based Work Service Programs

KSI provides part-time and full-time work crews to perform ongoing projects at partnering businesses' facilities, allowing businesses to work with dedicated employees and uniquely-effective solutions to their staffing needs.

Follow-along Program

KSI Employment Specialists train employees to meet employers' needs, allowing for businesses to hire individuals with disabilities. The program monitors the success throughout the individual's term of employment
