The Delaware Division of Small Business invites Delaware small business owners to submit a video for our Small Business Saturday contest. Of the video submissions, a judging panel consisting of Division staff will choose the top 10. Those 10 will be posted on our Facebook for followers to vote on their favorites. The top 3 videos with the most “likes” will win the below prizes:

First Place: Paid advertising promotion on the Division of Small Business’ Facebook account equal to $100.

Second & Third Place: Prize pack from the Delaware Division of Small Business and the Delaware Tourism Office

Winners will be announced no later than November 24, 2021.

Entry rules are as follows:

• Business must be located in Delaware and employ fewer than 100 people.
• Video must be 60 seconds or less in length.
• Video must provide an overview of the business (what the business does, what makes the business unique, how/why the business was created, information on the owner(s), etc.)
• Video must be uploaded to YouTube and the YouTube URL must be included in the entry form.
• Business must have a Facebook page and the link to the page must be included in the entry form.
• One video entry per business.
• Entries must be received by 5 p.m. on November 10.
• Contest entrants must be at least 18 years of age.

Terms & Conditions

The Delaware Division of Small Business reserves the right to determine the eligibility of all submissions to the Small Business Saturday Video Contest. Videos that are inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortuous or defamatory will not be eligible. Submissions must not contain material that violates or infringes any person or entity’s rights, including, but not limited to, their rights of privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement, or defames them or violates their trademark rights. The submission must not disparage any person or party affiliated with the contest. Any videos that are submitted to the contest may be subject to editing to meet the needs of the Delaware Division of Small Business. By submitting content to this contest you are agreeing that you have obtained or are entitled to the rights to the videos and are approving the Delaware Division of Small Business to obtain unrestricted use of the materials. Delaware Department of State employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
