Dr. Mandell Much is a licensed psychologist with over 35 years of experience in providing direct clinical services, supervision and training, program management and administration, and human resources management. He has been a consultant for a wide variety of organizations, businesses, schools, and state and federal governments, to maximize human resources and to maintain the mental health well-being of employees and organizations.
Maria N. Clyde, a certified Professional in Human Resources and Society of Human Resources (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional, has more than ten years of human resources consulting experience, and joined B+H Insurance, LLC in late 2016. Maria handles human resources for the agency and assists clients with their in-house HR needs. This includes reviews and assessments of current policies, employee handbooks, job descriptions, compensation structures, compliance requirements, benefits packages, company marketing and other HR or corporate development needs. As an active member of the Delaware SHRM, Maria focuses on professional development and stays up-to-date with changing legislation affecting HR management.
For over 25 years, Katherine Witherspoon Fry has provided her clients with robust representation in matters of employment and related business law. Katherine represents and counsels employers and executives in all facets of the employment relationship, including hiring, termination, discrimination, non-competition, Fair Labor Standards Act matters, issues regarding Family and Medical Leave and other leaves, whistleblowers’ complaints, and regulatory matters. As a litigator, she is well aware of the nuances of law necessary to draft effective restrictive covenants, severance agreements, and employment contracts. Along with her over 250 colleagues, she represents companies and non-profit organizations of all sizes.
