The Office of Small Business Access (OSBA) empowers Delaware’s small business owners by serving as a single point contact for guidance navigating state government, resources, advocacy and linkage to help small businesses grow and succeed.  We work to remove barriers, promote equitable opportunities, and create an ecosystem of support where innovation and economic vitality thrive.

Strengthening Access Listening Tour

In partnership with the OSBA, the Office of New Americans is hosting a series of Community Sessions designed to hear directly from our Spanish or Haitian Creole speaking communities, to understand their barriers and identify opportunities. This event is free and offered in a hybrid capacity.
